This page describes how to request deletion of your Steep account and associated personal data. Steep is the dating app published on Google Play and the App Store by INFINITRY LTD (as shown on the store listing).

How to request account deletion (in the app)

Deletion is initiated inside the Steep mobile app. Follow these steps:

  1. Open Steep and sign in.
  2. Tap the Profile tab (person icon in the bottom navigation).
  3. Scroll to the link “Account, data & privacy” (wording may match your app language).
  4. On the Account screen, open permanent account deletion and follow the prompts (you may be asked for a short reason).
  5. Confirm to complete the request. The action is irreversible.

If you cannot access the app, email infinitry.business@gmail.com from the address associated with your account and ask for account deletion. We may ask you to verify identity.

After you delete your account, we delete or irreversibly anonymise personal data tied to your account within a reasonable period, including for example:

Subscriptions (Steep Plus)

Deleting your Steep account does not automatically cancel a Google Play or App Store subscription. Manage or cancel billing in your Google Play or Apple ID subscription settings.
